TERMS AND GENERAL CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions govern all contractual relationships regarding orders placed on Di Blasi Cosmetics website, www.diblasicosmetics.com. Please read them carefully as they affect your rights and liabilities under law. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not access nor use the Website. Products bought on the website www.diblasicosmetics.com are sold directly by Di Blasi Cosmetics, which head office is at 4 via delle Petunie - 95030 Mascalucia (Catania) - Italy, registered at Camera di Commercio di Catania, VAT number 05231120873.
Any client must be at least 18 years. If you are under 18 years old you must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
These Terms and Conditions can be modified from time to time. Users are responsible for keeping themselves updated with such changes.
Given the longer time-spans required to produce our hand-made cosmetics and external packaging, if an item is unavailable, clients can pre-order the products. When a pre-ordered item is available, clients will be informed and the order shipped.
Di Blasi Cosmetics undertakes to provide clients high-quality product. If for any reason clients are not satisfied with an order, the item(s), also on sale, can be returned within 15 days in the same conditions in which it was in when it was shipped. A merchandise exchange, store credit or a refund will be possible.
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER
1. Simply send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within 15 days from date of receipt.
2. We will then send you an email containing a new waybill that you should print.
3. Call DHL to book a collection. To find the telephone number of your nearest DHL, visit dhl.com and select your country. We can also book a collection for you if you have some problems.
4. Leave your package open until the driver has checked the contents and give him the waybill.
OTHER IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT RETURNS
-The return shipment is FREE when shipped using the courier provided by diblasicosmetics.com., otherwise returns will be at the Customer’s expenses.
-All items must be returned unused and in their original condition. The products must not be used, damaged or altered in any way. We also recommend that the protective packaging received with your order is returned to us undamaged.
-In case of defective or incorrect merchandise it will be sufficient to send an e-mail to email@example.com within 48 hours from the date of reception. Customers have to write the order number, the item to return and if possible explain the problem. The company will reply as soon as possible and will give information to resolve any issues.
-Di Blasi Cosmetics reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorizing a return for full refund of shipping and import fees.
-If there is extensive damage to the carton, refuse the order, inform the courier immediately and send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund or store credit. In the case you choose a refund, the full purchase price (shipping excluded) will be credited when the return is completely processed.
- Di Blasi Cosmetics reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorized and/or not sent in accordance with the returns policy. In the case of unauthorized or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorized return is accepted, Di Blasi Cosmetics will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.
As soon as the return has been processed, you can select a store credit that will have the total value of the returned items (delivery cost excluded). Your Store Credit:
-Can be used only once on a future order within three months of the return;
-Is not cumulative with other store credits;
-Must be used entirely for one order that is either equal to or greater than the value of the store credit
-For any issue not explicitly mentioned, the European regulation for long-distance commerce prevails
-The store credit is personal and other people can’t use it
Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by Di Blasi Cosmetics. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days. Processing time may vary depending on the credit card company.
Orders paid by PayPal or by bank wire transfer will be refunded to the original account.
Refunds will be fulfilled in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed.
In case of return/refund, free samples must be returned together with the items. If you return the items for an exchange or store credit, you can still keep the Free Samples.
We accept the following Credit Cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express via Paypal and Bank Wire Transfer.
When Bank Wire Transfer is selected at the order confirmation as the method of payment, the merchandise will be reserved for the order and shipped once the funds are deposited in Di Blasi Cosmetics’ bank account.
